Oven cooked rice

Ingredients

  • 400 g of pieced pork ribs
  • 1 potato
  • 5 small blood sausages
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 100 g chickpeas soaked
  • 1 very ripe tomato
  • 400 g of round rice
  • Sweet paprika
  • 400 ml of meat broth or water
  • Saffron
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Elaboration

  • Preheat the unit or the electric grill to 230 ºC
  • Add the oil
  • Fry the meat and the whole head of garlic until golden brown
  • Add a point of saffron, sweet paprika and salt
  • Add the rice and sauté
  • Cut the potato into slices with cone 4 and add it
  • Put the blood sausage
  • Add the broth or hot water, the same amount as rice (plus a little extra if you prefer less entire rice)
  • Stir slightly
  • Add the chickpeas and 4 slices of ripe tomato
  • Cover or lower to minimum when click-click
  • Bake for 20 minutes on the unit or set RICE 1 on the grill
