Ingredients

  • Fresh, clean cuttlefish
  • Prawns
  • Norway lobster
  • Mussels
  • Homemade fried tomato
  • Fish broth or water
  • 400 g of noodle no. 4
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Saffron
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic and chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Onion

Elaboration

  • Preheat the unit
  • Add oil
  • Sauté the onion
  • Sauté the cuttlefish
  • Add the tomato
  • Add the noodles
  • Add the paprika and sauté
  • Add the broth or hot water (same amount as noodles)
  • Add a point of saffron and salt
  • Stir slightly
  • Add the prawns and norway lobsters
  • Garnish with the mussels
  • Add the garlic and chopped parsley
  • Cover and lower to minimum when click-click
