Coconut custard

Ingredients

  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • 200 ml of coconut drink
  • 50 g of grated coconut
  • 50g coconut sugar
  • 35 g cornstarch
  • Coconut cookies

Elaboration

  • Add the coconut drink to the cold unit
  • Include coconut sugar
  • Add the coconut milk
  • Incorporate the cornstarch
  • Heat the unit over medium heat
  • Stir with a few rods without stopping
  • Cook and reduce the temperature until it thickens
  • Remove from the fire
  • Serve in containers
  • Decorate with the coconut cookies
  • Sprinkle grated coconut when it gets warm
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours
