Banana cake


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Chia seeds or 2 eggs
  • 65 g of rolled oats
  • Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Coconut oil
  • Yeast
  • 1 carrot
  • Dark chocolate 92%


  • If chia is used instead of eggs, mix 2 tablespoons of seeds with triple the water and wait 30 minutes for it to gelatinize.
  • Grate the carrot, the bananas and the chocolate with the cone 1
  • Put the cinnamon
  • Add a tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Include a tablespoon of yeast and stir
  • Add the hydrated chia (or the 2 eggs)
  • Beat all the ingredients
  • Pour the mixture into the unit
  • Cook to 30% or low heat
  • When you click-click or notice with your hand that it is excessively hot, lower to the minimum and wait 30 minutes
  • Open and unmold
  • Add chocolate chips on top, melt them and spread
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
